Recently you were often complaining that Nokia phones are not subsidized in US. I do not think it is a Nokia fault. Six months ago I’ve purchased Nokia E71 in Poland for about $30 (two-year contract).
Besides no mobile operator can even think here about limiting phones’ functionality. You can use all their features.
